Adds a command line tool to explorer the contents of a lexi database.

Will be kind of awkward with #3482 since that will stick a "_v4" to the end of the name when calling lexi.New. It's a folder as well right? Not a file "lexi.db"

I guess I can add a case there for if "_v4" is already at the end
